During 2007, Continental began its internationalization process, expanding its business horizon and providing services to Peru, for which it legally established Insur S.A. Insurance Company (InSur) on September 16, 2008.

Subsequently, on July 8, 2009, InSur obtained operating authorization from the Superintendence of Banking, Insurance and AFPs and in September of 2009, the Company's shares were listed on the Lima Stock Exchange.

Then, during the first quarter of 2010, InSur complied with the process of registering the conditions of the Credit Insurance policies and Surety, and issued its first policy in April 2010.

Finally, in May 2010, the Superintendence of Banking, Insurance and AFPs resolved to extend the operating authorization of the Company in order to that could issue Bond Letters. As a subsidiary company of Continental, InSur has all the experience of its parent company, a leader in Credit and Surety Insurance in Chile for more than 24 years and a benchmark in Latin America.

In addition, the support of the Atradius Group, one of the main shareholders of Continental and second insurer in the world in Credit Insurance, has been essential in the development of the Company's business in Peru. Finally, we must highlight that InSur has achieved significant growth since the beginning of its operations, currently being the leader in the Credit Insurance market in Peru and one of the main companies in the Surety and Letters of Guarantee market.
